A Unique Multi-Level System of Support
At LdVCS we believe all students should be challenged and guided to the next level. Whether your child is below, at, or above grade-level standards, our team of educators will provide daily differentiated lessons to move your child forward.
Every Student is Supported
Unlike most schools that only give small group support to 20% of their students, at LDVCS we provide it for 100% of our students. Small group instruction meets the needs of students who have learning gaps and those who are accelerated.
Students Meet Regularly
Students meet in a small group, 30 minutes a day, 4 days a week, to work on targeted skills in reading and/or mathematics.
Growth Monitored Weekly
Teachers analyze student progress weekly and make adjustments to instruction and groups. Flexible grouping allows students to spend time focusing on the specific skills they need help with without being labeled as "low" or "high". Everyone has something they are working on!
Student Motivation Increases
Students build confidence and feed their natural spark for learning and engagement.
